Our Standard plan has been conceived as a tool to enable companies to outsource management of their IT systems at a reasonable, controlled cost.

In contrast to our Essentials package, this provides hotline and remote support for all workstations; not just file servers.  Furthermore, we  also take care of the day to day administration tasks required to ensure that your system  runs smoothly, leaving your staff free to concentrate on running your business.

 

File server and work station support

Our Essentials plan provides telephone and remote access support for your file servers. While this is undoubtedly an invaluable service, our Standard plan goes one step further, extending support facilities to all workstations (i.e. PCs and laptops).

The benefits of this are considerable. You have direct access to the expertise of our professional engineers, meaning that you don’t require any in-house IT knowledge, and your staff do not have to waste valuable time trying to resolve IT problems. 

Our engineers are qualified to deal with all kinds of IT queries, ranging from hardware and networking problems to issues with a variety of standard systems and business software packages. Our remote access technology (which allows us to remotely take control of your keyboard and mouse)  has proved very successful;  we can resolve the vast majority of IT issues without ever setting foot on your premises.

 
 

Remote Administration

Our remote administration service is another essential component of our product offering. We carry out the time-consuming administrative procedures required to ensure that your network operates smoothly, removing the burden from your own staff. Common examples of this in practice include adding new users to the system and assigning appropriate security settings or implementing software updates.

In essence, our Standard support plan provides a cost effective and convenient way to outsource your IT department.

Our Standard plan also incorporates all the features of our Essentials Plan, including Disaster Recovery and File Server Support.
