We offer a number of optional facilities, each of which can be used in conjunction with any of our support plans:

Flexiplan: We offer you the opportunity to pre-purchase discounted labour hours, which can be re-deemed at your discretion towards any of our services (such as installation, hardware repair, software customisation or any on-site support work).

Hardware Support: We provide a number of hardware support options, ranging from an ad hoc repair and collect service to fully inclusive or labour only warranties.

Procurement Centre: We can configure any new hardware which you require. We also operate an asset tagging & register system on your behalf, and provide free expert advice.

A brief outline of each of these facilities is given below:

Our Flexiplan scheme allows you to purchase blocks of our experts' time in advance. This can then be used for scheduled, non-critical tasks, such as installations or preventative maintenance visits. Some of the most popular applications are summarised here, although we would emphasise that there are many more uses.

Flexiplan units retail at a significant discount to our standard call our charges. The price per unit falls with the more you purchase, providing an excellent opportunity to achieve substantial savings. There is no expiry date on our units, and their flexibility ensures that they will never become obsolete.

We made a deliberate decision not to include hardware support in any of our core plans. We believe that hardware warranties are not always the best solution for our clients. Hardware failures are becoming increasingly rare, while the cost of replacing faulty equipment is falling. Paying an annual warranty fee can therefore be expensive relative to the cost and likelihood of a breakdown. We therefore offer the option of a collect and repair service. We will arrange to collect and return your equipment free of charge, invoicing you for the cost of the repair (labour and parts). Many of our clients use Flexiplan units to cover the labour element of repairs.

However, we recognise that there are still occasions where hardware support may be appropriate; perhaps for more expensive or specialised equipment, or for clients who want to budget for all contingencies and protect themselves from unplanned expenses. We therefore offer a range of hardware warranties to suit all situations. Under our warranty, an engineers will be despatched to repair or replace faulty equipment in the event of a breakdown. The cost of all labour, parts and replacements will be fully covered by us. We also offer a labour only warranty at a reduced cost.

We offer a full installation service, including configuration to your corporate standards. This service can be used no matter where you purchase your equipment; however, we also offer competitive prices on a wide range of quality products including the brands shown below. An additional advantage of purchasing direct from us is that we can operate an asset tagging & register system on your behalf.
