Telephone Hotline and Remote Support
The other component of our Essentials plan is our hotline and remote support service. Whereas our disaster recovery services deals with emergency situations, this element of our package deals with the day to day server issues which, while not always critical, can still cause numerous headaches for you and your staff. You will have unlimited access to our telephone hotline for issues relating to file servers. This is manned by dedicated professional engineers, and is open throughout business hours. In conjunction with our hotline service, we use remote support technology to gain instant access to your systems and diagnose and resolve problems directly. This approach is a convenient and economical alternative to costly site visits, allowing us to reduce the cost of our support plan whilst simultaneously improving response times.
Our years of experience has taught us that our hotline and remote support facility is sufficient to diagnose and resolve the vast majority of IT issues. However, we do recognise that there may be rare occasions when an on site visit is required. To allow for this contingency, we suggest the use of our Flexiplan programme. |
